Worst Day Ever
It all started with an case of bedhead hair. I couldn't do it to look right. As I was dashing out the door, I stumbled and spilled all over my new shoes. To make matters worse, I was completely running behind for school.

It all started out terribly with a simple mishap/incident/screw-up. But then it went from bad to absolutely terrible. A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to throw your hands up.
